The location seemed perfect in the middle of jackson. The stuff where amiable, amicable.

we didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was amazing. the room was huge and amazingly comfortable and had private bathroom plus tea and coffee making facilities, and glassware. the vibe here was quiet. besides, free wi-fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. the location was unbeatable, for example, a white latticed tower was at a short distance from the hotel.

The club king room is exceptionally comfortable with a great city view. the room includes an electric kettle and glassware. - the staff are helpful and friendly. - They offer concierge service, wake-up calls, and ironing free of charge.

The room was huge and beautiful. The staff team was very helpful at any time. The room included a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini-bar fridge. The location was absolutely perfect for walking around a 97m-high monument. It was close enough to the airport and Nur-Sultan.

Great central location, friendly and quality service. Good airport pick-up. Clean and fresh rooms with amazing beds and nice views. Bars and restaurants are great. Breakfast staff, door man, and luggage staff are attentive and helpful. Special mention to Aigerim, the wonderful hostess who provided the best customer service.
